1. Services

ZentraIQ provides AI-powered MVP development services and a DIY app builder platform. All services are delivered as described in the selected plan at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Terms

We Build services require full payment before project kickoff. DIY subscriptions are billed monthly. All prices are in USD. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own 100% of the source code delivered. ZentraIQ retains the right to use anonymized project details for marketing purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZentraIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

5. Warranty

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner. We provide post-launch support as specified in your selected plan.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, completed work and payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
